Money Matters

You’ll get a monthly stipend of R5,000 to R6,000. That’s extra cash you can use right away, while you’re getting hands‑on experience in the construction world.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with admin teams to keep projects on track.
  • Help manage paperwork and report data.
  • Join team projects and learn how a construction site runs from the inside.
  • Travel to different sites when your job needs it.
  • Stay calm under pressure and produce quality work.

Who Can Apply?

  • Graduates with a NQF Level 6 in Public or Business Administration.
  • You must be a South African citizen or permanent resident and have a valid ID.
  • You should not have done any internship or graduate programme before.
  • You’re eager, flexible, and ready to learn.
  • Non‑South Africans can’t apply.

CIDB loves diversity. If you have a disability, no worries – you’re especially welcomed. All hires match the Employment Equity Plan.
