What You’ll Do Every Day
- Solve everyday problems that make buildings work better and more eco‑friendly.
- Write professional reports, create decks and make clear recommendations.
- Support strategic projects by tracking progress and checking that plans stay on course.
- Make strong relationships with teammates and with people outside the company.
- Own your own learning while helping Growthpoint reach its long‑term goals.

Who Can Apply?
Growthpoint welcomes graduates who are passionate, driven and ready to learn. If your degree relates to the real‑estate world, you should apply. Fields that fit well include:
- Built Environment & Engineering – Property Studies, Quantity Surveying, Building Science, Construction, Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- Information Technology – Data Science, Informatics, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science.
- Management Sciences – Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on HR.
- Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) – Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Impact.
- Legal – Corporate Legal, Compliance and Governance (but you do not need to be a qualified attorney).
