Mandeni Local Municipality is looking for fresh graduates who are currently unemployed and want to gain real‑world work experience in a government setting. All internships last two years and pay R4,000 per month.
Who Can Apply?
- South African citizens living in the Mandeni area
- Unemployed and between 18 and 35 years old
- Hold a recognized National Diploma or Degree in the relevant field
- Have never done an internship before
- Must send a full CV, certified copies of ID and qualifications (no older than 3 months)
- Clearly state which department you want to join in your cover letter
What You’ll Do
- Work on real projects in your chosen field
- Learn how a municipal office runs and how it delivers services
- Get guidance from experienced municipal staff
- Participate in regular reviews and learning workshops

- Include a cover letter that says which department you want.
- Add your CV, certified copies of your degree, ID and proof of residence.
