What is the IPID Graduate Internship Programme?
The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) is South Africa’s main police‑related investigative body. It is looking for bright university graduates who have not yet worked in a job that matches their studies. If you are between 18 and 35 years old and have finished a university degree, you might be a good fit.
The internship runs from 2025 to 2027 and is a great way to start a career in finance, accounting or other support roles in a national organisation. You’ll learn real‑world skills, meet professionals, and get paid while you gain experience.
Who can join?

What do you get?
- Stipend: R94 326 per year (you’ll receive this every month).
- Location: National Office, Pretoria – Office of the Chief Financial Officer.
- Learning: Hands‑on experience with financial processes, reporting and audit work.
- Mentorship: You’ll be guided by senior finance staff and learn the inner workings of a top investigative body.

Fill out the form completely and sign it.
Attach a Curriculum Vitae (CV) – a clear, concise CV that lists your education, skills, and any extracurricular work.
