What You’ll Do Every Day

  1. Help customers

    • Greet them and find out what they need – a quick deposit, a withdrawal, or a balance check.
    • Verify their ID and phone number, and make sure all bank rules are followed.
  2. Run transactions

    • Use a special terminal or tablet to start the transaction.
    • Create a secure code or slip that the customer can take to the store’s cash register.

  3. Keep the system safe

    • Make sure the code or slip never stays active for longer than 60 minutes.
    • Log any problems (wrong account, expired code, etc.) so the support team can fix them.
  4. Show customers how to go digital

  5. Stay on target

    • Keep a daily balance of all the slips you issue.
