Who Can Apply?

You’ll need to meet every of these:

1. School & Study

  • Have a National Diploma or NQF Level 6 in Real Estate: Property Valuation or a similar qualification that the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) recognises.

2. Registration

  • Be a registered Candidate Valuer or Professional Associated Valuer with the SACPVP.

3. Experience

  • No previous work experience is required.

4. Skills & Tools

  • Can use a computer (Word and Excel are a must).
