Finance and Accounting Services Sector Education and Training Authority (FASSET) invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Work‑Based Experience (WBE) Programme Vacancies.

What Is the Work‑Based Experience Programme?

FASSET is launching an 18‑month WBE that is only open to TVET learners who have finished their N6 (Theory) studies.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible you must:

  1. Have completed the N6 (Theory) component at a recognised TVET College.
  2. Hold a qualification in Financial Management, Management Assistant, Public Administration / Management, or Business Administration / Management.

Required Documents

  • A formal letter from your TVET College confirming that you need WBE to finish your diploma.
  • Certified copies of your:
    • South African ID
    • Matric certificate
    • N6 TVET certificate
    • Academic record / statement of results

Important: The programme is not renewable and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Shortlisted applicants must take a written test at the TVET College where they applied.

Stipend and Support

You will receive a monthly stipend between R3 500 and R5 100.
This isn’t a salary, but it covers transport, daily expenses, and helps reduce financial pressure so you can focus on learning on the job.
