    • Requirements: Grade 10 or ABET Level 2, physically fit, able to work outdoors
    • Tasks: Maintain museum sites, landscaping, bush clearing, firebreak creation, clean heritage facilities, assist with restoration and renovations
  • EPWP Record Clerk (6 posts)
    • Salary: R3 500/month, 12‑month contract
    • Requirements: Grade 12 (NQF Level 4); advantage if you have studied Archival Studies, Library Science, Information Science or History
    • Tasks: Manage records and archives, sort and organise documents, digitise physical records, compile reports
  • EPWP Administration Officer
    • Requirements: Grade 12; advantage if you hold qualifications in Office Administration or Administration Management
    • Tasks: Answer calls, handle enquiries, provide office admin support, file (manual and electronic), prepare reports, manage correspondence

    • Head Office applications also go through Municipality, Department of Labour, or Higher Education Institutions.
  3. Submit In‑Person
    • Bring all documents and the completed Z83 form.
    • Make sure you mention the exact centre name, e.g. “Vhembe District Library – Khubvi” or “Muti Wa Va Tsonga Museum – 15 posts”.
  4. Await a Response
    • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
    • Interviews will be held; be ready to show your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
    • If you don’t hear back within 3 months, the application is likely not successful.
