What is the NEF Graduate Programme 2026?

This structured placement is run by the National Empowerment Fund (NEF) in partnership with the Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA). It gives unemployed graduates like you hands‑on experience, mentorship and workplace skills that employers actually look for. The programme runs across several provinces, giving you a chance to work close to home or explore new locations.

Who should apply?

Eligibility

  • Unemployed graduate with a diploma or degree in one of the following fields:
