Sun International Go Gaming Learnership Programme 2026 offers 15 places at GrandWest Casino and Entertainment World in Cape Town. You will train for 12 months and earn a National Certificate in Gaming Operations Level 3 while gaining real workplace experience.
This is a temporary learnership contract in the gaming and hospitality industry. You will receive a market-related stipend during the programme.
Who can apply
You must meet these minimum requirements:
- Have completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Be currently unemployed
- Be willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and in a smoking environment
- Pass criminal clearance and background checks needed for a gaming licence
Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, call centres, reception or sales is an advantage but not compulsory. A gaming qualification helps but is not required.
