Marula Engineering Learnership Programme 2026
If you want to become a qualified artisan in mining and engineering, the Marula Engineering Learnership Programme 2026 is now open. Applications close on 09 May 2026.
This learnership gives you structured training and real workplace experience at Marula Mine, part of the Implats Group.
What the Opportunity Is
You will train in trades like Diesel Mechanic, Boilermaker Plater, Electrical, Fitting, Auto Electrical or Instrumentation. The programme combines classroom learning, practical work and mentorship to prepare you for artisan qualification.
Who Can Apply
You must have Grade 12 plus N2 with four trade-related subjects or NCV Level 4. You need to be medically fit with a Red Ticket and pass Heat Tolerance Screening. You must be willing to do assessments and interviews.

How to Apply
Submit your updated CV, certified ID copy, Matric certificate and N2/NCV results to the Marula Stakeholder Engagement Department before 09 May 2026. Late applications are not accepted.
Tips to Improve Your Chances
