If you are a young South African who wants to work in Information Technology but needs real workplace experience, the Nexio Digital Skills Learnership Programme 2026 could help you. Applications close on 08 May 2026.

This 12-month learnership gives you hands-on experience in a real company. You will work in Midrand, Gauteng, or Cape Town and learn skills for jobs in IT.

What the Programme Offers

You get workplace exposure, mentorship, and practical training in corporate ICT environments. The focus is on learning by doing real tasks, not just sitting in class. This helps you become job-ready.

Who Can Apply

You must:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be unemployed
  • Be between 18 and 30 years old
  • Have Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Live in Johannesburg or Cape Town
  • Have clear criminal record
  • Speak good English
  • Commit to the full 12 months
