  3. Hand‑deliver the complete application to the office that serves your ward:
    • Wards 1–14: Municipal Headquarters – Mobile No. 9 EPWP Office (Siyabuswa).
    • Wards 15–20: Mbibane Unit Office (Vaalbank).
    • Wards 21–31: Mathanjane Unit Office (Nokaneng).
  4. Submit your application before 17 July 2026 at 13:00. Late submissions are unlikely to be considered.
