The North West Provincial Treasury, together with the Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA), is offering a 24‑month graduate internship for the 2026/28 financial year. The placement is paid and provides hands‑on experience in government finance, accounting and administration.

Provincial Treasury

  1. Provincial Risk – National Diploma or BTech in Internal Auditing or Risk Management (Ref: FINANCE/PR/01) – 2 posts
  2. Departmental Risk – National Diploma or BTech in Internal Auditing or Risk Management (Ref: FINANCE/DR/02) – 1 post
  3. Provincial Accounting – National Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Financial Accounting (Ref: FINANCE/PA/03) – 11 posts

Ramotshere Local Municipality

  1. Finance – National Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Financial Management or BTech in Internal Audit, Logistics or Supply Chain Management (Ref: FINANCE/FAN/R04) – 2 posts
  2. Internal Audit – National Diploma, Degree or BTech in a relevant field (Ref: FINANCE/IA/R05) – 2 posts
  3. Human Resource Management – National Diploma or Degree in HR Management (Ref: FINANCE/HRM/R06) – 2 posts

How to apply – step by step

  1. Download the New Z83 Application Form from the official Treasury website.
  2. Complete the form accurately for each post you wish to apply for. Use the correct reference number.
  3. Prepare the following documents:
    • Certified copy of your ID
    • Certified copies of your qualifications
    • Academic transcript
    • Letter confirming successful completion of studies (if the final certificate is still pending)
    • Detailed CV
    • Proof of residence (only for Ramotshere Municipality posts)
  4. Combine the form and all supporting documents into one package per post.
  5. Submit your application by one of the following methods:
