Who can apply
You must meet all of the following conditions. Applications that do not meet every point will be rejected.
- South African citizen
- Unemployed
- Living in Cape Town, Western Cape
- Age between 18 and 28 years
- Current CV (resume)
- Certified copy of your ID (certified within the last 6 months)
- Certified copy of your Matric certificate or Grade 11 report (certified within the last 6 months)

How to apply – step by step
- Visit the AGSA Learners application portal.
- Select “I would like to apply for a Learnership.”
- Enter your personal details exactly as they appear on your ID.
- Upload the required documents: CV, certified ID copy and certified Matric/Grade 11 copy.
- Choose “Western Cape” as the province and select the appropriate work area.
- Review all information and submit the application before 31 July 2026.
Only complete, online submissions will be considered. No email or hand‑delivered applications are accepted.
