- Certified copies of all academic qualifications, including any teacher‑training certificates.
- Certified copy of your SACE registration certificate or proof of application.
- Make sure every document is certified and that the original form (not a photocopy) is used.
- Clearly write the post number, school name and the district on each form.
- Submit each completed form with its supporting documents to the relevant District Office – applications are not accepted centrally.
- Keep a copy of every submission for your records.

- Any form missing required documents will be discarded.
- Late applications will not be considered.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, and they must cover their own travel expenses.
- If you have not heard back within three months after the closing date, you may consider your application unsuccessful.
