FLSmidth is offering a Business Administration Learnership Programme 2026. This is a fast‑track way to start a career after Grade 12, and the deadline is fast approaching.
What the learnership is
The programme combines classroom study with on‑the‑job training. You will work toward an Occupational Certificate in Business Administration that follows the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) curriculum. Learners rotate through several departments, including commercial operations, finance, operations, field services and other admin units.
Who can apply – eligibility requirements
- Grade 12 (Mathematics, not Mathematical Literacy)
- English – pass level 3 (40 % or higher)
