Young people in the Sedibeng District who are out of work have a chance to start a new skills path right now. The Sedibeng District Municipality Water and Wastewater Reticulation Skills Programme is opening 200 places for a three‑month training course, and the deadline is only a few weeks away.
What the opportunity is
The municipality, together with the Department of Labour, is running a Water and Wastewater Reticulation Skills Programme. It is funded by the Local Government Sector Education and Training Authority (LGSETA). The training lasts three months and includes a stipend of R2,400 for the whole period.
