ECASA invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Call Centre Agent vacancies.

What is the job?

ECASA, the Electrical Contractors Association South Africa, is looking for energetic people to work as Call Centre Agents.

  • Contract length: 3 months
  • Work setting: Fast‑moving, client‑focused office
  • Who can apply: High school graduates who love talking to people and can solve problems quickly

If you can start right away and want a short‑term job that builds useful skills, this is a great chance.


Minimum Things You Must Have

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate
  • Valid driver’s licence (Code B or C1)
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Good in at least one other South African language (helps but not a must)
  • Ready to start immediately
