N3TC Announces 2025/26 Learnership Programme for Unemployed Youth – Kickstart Your Future Today

N3 Toll Concession Proprietary Limited (N3TC) invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their National Certificate: Project Management NQF Level 4 Learnership vacancies. The closing date for applications is 14 October 2025.
What Is the Learnership?
N3TC is offering a one‑year training program that gives you a national certificate in project management (Level 4). It is aimed at South African youth who are currently unemployed and live along the N3 Toll Route corridor. The program will put you into real work environments, teach you how to plan, lead and manage projects, and help you build a professional network that can lead to a job after you finish.
Who Can Join?
- You must own a South African ID and live near the N3 corridor.
- You need a valid matric certificate or something equivalent.
- You must be 18 to 28 years old, unemployed when you apply, and fluent in English.
- Basic computer skills are a must.
- You cannot be enrolled in another learnership or internship at the same time.
- You have to be ready to move to Johannesburg between 1 November 2025 and 31 October 2026 for the duration of the course.
Which Local Areas Are Covered?
The program is open to people from the following municipalities:
- uMngeni
- Mpofana
- Inkosi Langalibalele
- Alfred Duma
- Okhahlamba
- Maluti‑a‑Phofung
- Phumelela
- Mafube
- Dipaleseng
This means the project will directly help communities along the N3 route.

- A certified copy of your ID (no older than one month)
- A certified copy of your matric (or equivalent) certificate (no older than one month)
- A copy of the SARs letter
- A recent bank statement (no older than one month)
- Proof of address (no older than one month)
- If you have a disability, a medical certificate confirming it
