What is Communicare and the 2026 Learnership Programme?
Communicare is a big company in South Africa that builds and manages homes for people who need affordable housing. They want to give young, unemployed people a chance to learn real job skills, work with experienced staff, and get a national qualification while they help the company build better homes and communities.
The Learnership Programme lasts 12 months. Each month you’ll train in a specific area, do real work, and earn a certificate that many employers recognise.
