What the Apprenticeship Looks Like

Academic
- Grade 12 with English and Mathematics (not just Maths Literacy).
- Need a Level 3 or above (about 40 % or more).
- Or hold an N3 Mechanical qualification.
Other Skills
- Having worked in a technical setting before helps, but isn’t required.
- Good communication and a keen eye for detail.
- A real passion for engineering.
