What You’ll Do

  • Help grant applicants – answer questions, show empathy, and treat everyone with respect.
  • Check and record grant applications – make sure they’re complete and follow the rules.
  • Keep beneficiary information up to date – update files and ensure records are accurate.
  • Schedule and manage medical checks – coordinate appointments for beneficiaries.
  • Deliver services outside the office – bring grant services to local communities.
  • Process documents – scan, batch and file grant paperwork.

Good attention to detail, clear communication and a caring attitude are key to success in this role.
