Internship Opportunities & What You’ll Do
- Direct Sales Admin Intern (2 places)
Help add new members, check papers, type data and keep sales records. You’ll learn how to talk to customers and how a medical scheme runs.
Requirements: Grade 12 with Maths and a Business or Marketing degree. - Disease Management Admin Intern
Work with patient file links and finish profiles for cancer and other health programmes.
Requirements: Grade 12 and a Business degree. - Finance Intern
Learn how to handle money: receive payments, pay suppliers, write reports.
Requirements: Grade 12 with Accounting, a Finance or Accounting degree. - HBM Admin Intern (3 places)
Support hospital benefit claims, help customers and keep order in the office.
Requirements: Grade 12 and a Diploma in Business Administration. - Marketing & Sales Analytics Intern
Look at member data, compare competitor schemes, track sales routes and give advice on how to grow the company.
Requirements: Grade 12 with Maths, a degree in Maths, Info Systems, Stats or a similar subject. - Marketing Coordinator Intern
Help organise marketing campaigns, events and research. Work with teams to boost the company’s brand.
Requirements: Grade 12 with Maths, a Marketing, Communications or Events degree. - Non‑Disclosure Admin Intern (2 places)
Assist with hospital benefit paperwork and serve customers.
Requirements: Grade 12 and a Diploma in Business Administration. - PMB Admin Intern
Help manage basic benefits, write letters to members and staff, and upload case data.
Requirements: Grade 12 and a Business degree. - Procurement, Facilities & OHS Intern
Fix office needs, order supplies, keep the workplace safe and tidy.
Requirements: Grade 12 with Maths and a Procurement or Purchasing degree. - Talent Intern
Handle paperwork for the Talent team, keep records clean and help with audits.
Requirements: Grade 12 and a Human Resources degree. - Tempo Running Club Intern
Promote healthy living by organising a running club, plan events and encourage staff to stay fit.
Requirements: Grade 12 with Maths, a Diploma in Sports Science, Physiotherapy or a related field.
