What is the Graduate Programme?

The programme is a one‑year training journey that lets you work in real business environments. It is run together with W&R SETA, so you’ll receive:

  • Ongoing support from experienced staff

Available Disciplines

The December 2025 intake is open to graduates in:

  1. Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) – Keeping workplaces safe and healthy.
  2. Business Administration – Managing and improving business processes.
  3. Sustainability / Environmental Studies – Protecting the planet while doing business.

A total of five positions will be filled across these areas.


Minimum Requirements

What You’ll Do

As a trainee you will:

  1. Help Daily Operations – Work with team members on everyday tasks such as data analysis, writing reports and improving workflows.
  2. Apply Your Knowledge – Use what you learned in university to solve real problems in the store.
  3. Learn from Mentors – Join training sessions and get advice from experienced professionals.
  4. Track Your Progress – Participate in regular reviews to see how you’re improving and set goals for the future.
