What is Supreme Processing?
Supreme Processing is a big part of Country Bird Holdings. It makes chicken products that many people eat. They want to give young South Africans a chance to learn real skills in this industry.
About the Programme
The YES (Youth Employment Service) programme is a national effort to put young people in real jobs.
- 12‑month training that mixes classroom lessons with hands‑on work.
- You’ll learn how to slice, wash, pack and manage chicken safely.
- You’ll also learn teamwork, time‑management and how to talk with customers.
This is a great first step into a career in food production.
Who Can Apply?
To join, you must:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Have finished Grade 12 (Matric).
- Be unemployed right now.
- Live in Germiston or nearby.
- Want to learn and join every part of the programme.
- Speak well in English and work well with others.
