What’s This All About?
The Gauteng Department of Economic Development is teaming up with EASTC Technocentric Varsity to offer a 12‑month training program that will teach you how to make clothes, process fabrics, create leather items, and design shoes. The training is aimed at people in the City of Tshwane who are currently without a job and want to learn skills that can help them find work or start their own small business.
This is a chance to get hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing part of South Africa’s economy. You’ll learn the skills that factories and design studios need right now.
