Launch Your Real Estate Career: Eris Property Group Graduate Internship Programme 2025/2026

Eris Property Group Invites suitably qualified graduates to apply for their Graduate Internship Programme vacancies. The closing date for applications is 15 October 2025.

About the Internship

Eris Property Group is a top property developer in South Africa. They’re looking for fresh graduates who want to learn the ins and outs of real‑estate. If you finish a university degree in property, real‑estate or construction, this 12‑month on‑the‑job training could be your next step.

The programme takes you to the company’s main office in Sandton, Johannesburg. You’ll spend a year moving through seven different work areas. Each rotation gives you a chance to see how a big property company runs, and to meet people who manage, buy, sell and build buildings.

The Rotations

  • Valuations – Figuring out how much a house or office block is worth.
  • Asset Management – Planning the best use for a portfolio of properties.
  • Investment & Fund Management – Learning how projects are financed and monitored.
  • Corporate Real Estate Solutions – Helping businesses choose their office spaces.
  • Property Development – Helping turn an empty plot into a shopping center or apartment block.
  • Property Management – Overseeing the day‑to‑day care of buildings.
  • Facilities Management – Keeping buildings safe, clean and efficient.

This mix helps you build both technical knowledge and soft skills like problem‑solving, teamwork and strategic thinking.
