What You’ll Do
Front‑Office & Reception
- Keep the office looking professional.
- Welcome visitors and manage the waiting area.
- Offer refreshments and help walk‑in clients.
- Notice and report any maintenance problems.
Communication & Call Handling
- Answer calls politely and quickly.
- Direct calls to the right people or departments.
- Keep callers on hold and give them updates.
- Take clear messages and deliver them on time.
Office Administration
- Scan and photocopy documents.
- File and organize papers.
- Type and format reports.
- Bind reports and manage courier deliveries.
Project & Programme Support
- Schedule visits for monitoring and evaluation.
- Prepare reports after site visits.
- Do clerical work for SETA projects.
Outreach & Stakeholder Work
- Help with outreach events.
- Assist in meetings with partners and other stakeholders.
These tasks give you real experience in customer service, admin work, and project support.
