What You’ll Do

Front‑Office & Reception

  • Keep the office looking professional.
  • Welcome visitors and manage the waiting area.
  • Offer refreshments and help walk‑in clients.
  • Notice and report any maintenance problems.

Communication & Call Handling

  • Answer calls politely and quickly.
  • Direct calls to the right people or departments.
  • Keep callers on hold and give them updates.
  • Take clear messages and deliver them on time.

Office Administration

  • Scan and photocopy documents.
  • File and organize papers.
