Who Should Apply

  • Education – You need an NQF Level 5 qualification (like a High School Diploma with a good national standard).
  • Experience – 1–2 years in a call‑centre setting helps, but no experience is not a blocker.
  • Tech skills – You should be comfortable with computer systems, especially a CRM or similar software.
  • Soft skills – Good talking style, the ability to keep cool under pressure, teamwork, and quick thinking with data.
