Who Can Apply?
To be eligible you must:
- Be a South African citizen aged 18‑25.
- Have finished high school (Matric/Grade 12).
- Score at least 60 % in English and another subject.
- Score at least 50 % in Mathematics or 60 % in Mathematical Literacy.
- Not be enrolled in another learnership.
- Not have worked in an insurance learnership before.
- Be currently unemployed or not have worked in a corporate role for more than six months.
- Have basic computer skills (a plus).
