Who Can Apply?

To be eligible you must:

  1. Be a South African citizen aged 18‑25.
  2. Have finished high school (Matric/Grade 12).
  3. Score at least 60 % in English and another subject.
  4. Score at least 50 % in Mathematics or 60 % in Mathematical Literacy.
  5. Not be enrolled in another learnership.
  6. Not have worked in an insurance learnership before.
  7. Be currently unemployed or not have worked in a corporate role for more than six months.
  8. Have basic computer skills (a plus).
