Candidates must be prepared to escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels as needed.
To qualify, applicants must have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate along with A+ or N+ certification. A minimum of 6 months of IT Service Desk or 1 year of administrative experience is required, ensuring that candidates are already familiar with basic technical and customer-facing processes.
