Ivanplats (Pty) Ltd, part of Ivanhoe Mines, is helping students and fresh graduates get real work experience in mining. The company runs a Graduate Internship Program that covers five different job areas. The work takes place at the Platreef Project in Mokopane, Limpopo – a big new mine where Ivanplats is building a modern, sustainable operation.
What Internships Are Open?
1. Finance & Management
- What you need
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar field.
- Knowing how to use basic financial software.
- What you’ll do
- Keep financial records straight and check numbers.
- Help create budgets and reports that managers use to plan.

4. Human Resources & Development
