What You’ll Do
- Read and examine municipal by‑laws to see if they meet the law.
- Help look into complaints about rights violations.
- Do legal research and write reports.
- Work with senior staff on case files.
- Learn how different communities resolve conflicts.
You will see how administrative and constitutional law works inside government and how decisions affect everyday life.
Minimum Requirements
You must:
- Hold a South African LLB or a similar legal degree.
- Have earned at least 480 credits that SAQA approves.
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be unemployed at the time you apply.
- Be between 25 and 40 years old.
If you miss any of these points, we can’t accept your application.
