Lephalale TVET College Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme 2026 is a chance for young South Africans who have finished their N6 qualifications to finally get the hands‑on experience needed to complete their National Diploma and start a career. What is this opportunity?
The WIL Programme is a workplace training internship that lets NATED students put classroom learning into practice. It’s specifically set up for those who have completed their N4, N5 and N6 studies and need a final practical component to graduate.
Who can apply?
- Must have an N6 qualification in one of the approved programmes.
- Must hold certificates for N4, N5 and N6 of that course.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Must be unemployed and not currently in any internship, learnership or WIL programme.
- Must not have participated in a WIL or internship before.
- Must be willing to commit to the full duration of the programme.
