About the Client Service Administrator Learnership

Do you want a job that gives you both training and money while you learn? Momentum’s Learnership is a full‑time program that starts on 1 February 2025 and runs for 12 months. You’ll dive into the world of insurance and client service, gaining real work experience along the way.

What Is a Learnership?

A learnership is a mix of classroom learning and hands‑on work. You’ll earn an NQF Level 4 qualification in Long‑Term Insurance that is recognised by INSETA. The skills you build can lead to roles such as Pension Fund Administrator, Client Service Administrator, or Service Consultant.

Who Can Apply?

• Age 18–25 (you can turn 25 by the end of 2026).
• Must speak, read and write English.
• Matric pass is required with English and Maths (or Maths Literacy) or Accounting.
• Applicants must not be enrolled in another learnership or have completed one before.
• Submit a copy of your ID and matric results – paperless or scanned.

Your Daily Tasks

You’ll be the go‑to person for all client questions. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Answer and solve client service requests quickly and accurately.
• Provide necessary documents and information following company rules.
• Follow all legal and compliance standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, teammates, and external partners.
• Keep promises in service agreements to keep clients happy.
