Motheo Academy invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for its Bricklaying Apprenticeship (Red Seal) vacancies. The closing date for applications is 28 November 2025.
What the Apprenticeship Offers
- Full‑time training for three years that will give you an Occupational Certificate in Bricklaying (Red Seal).
- You’ll learn all the practical skills that real builders need, from laying bricks to finishing walls.
- While you’re training, you’ll receive a monthly stipend – so you can earn money as you learn.
- After the program you’ll be ready to start a career in construction or any built‑environment job.
If you already have an N2 qualification in Bricklaying, this is a chance to turn that into a recognised industry certificate and to work under one of South Africa’s top construction training schools.
Who Can Apply?
To be considered you need to satisfy these simple conditions:

| N2 Bricklaying qualification | Certified within the last 3 months |
| ID copy | Certified within the last 3 months |
| Detailed CV | Include work and study history |
| Age | 35 years or younger |
| Travel | Willing to move around Gauteng as needed |
| Citizenship | South African citizen |
| Residence | Live in the Gauteng region |
| Commitment | Ready to work in construction for the full apprenticeship |
Only candidates who meet all these points will be reviewed. Missing any document will mean your application isn’t accepted.
