
Mpumalanga Provincial Government invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for the Premier’s Discretionary Bursary Fund. The closing date for applications is 30 November 2025.
Who Can Apply?
- Students who are still in Grade 12.
- Students who have finished Grade 12 but have not yet started a university or college program.
- Students already studying at a recognised university or college in South Africa.
This broad eligibility means the bursary helps both fresh leavers and existing learners who need financial help.
What You’ll Need to Submit
- A cover letter that explains why you want this bursary.
- Your resume (CV).
- Certified copies of your grades and any certificates you have earned.
- A certified copy of your South African ID.
- Proof of your enrolment if you are already at a tertiary institution.
- Proof of where you live.
- If you are applying on behalf of someone else, a certified copy of their death certificate.
- Proof of how much your parents or guardians earn, if applicable.
