1. Customer Experience Centre (CEC) Internship

You will learn to handle customer enquiries, assist claimants, register and verify claims, support outreach programmes, and perform general office tasks such as filing and data capture.

  • Diploma, degree or NQF Level 7 qualification
  • Certified South African ID copy
  • Academic transcript

  • Motivational letter (max 3 pages)

2. Claims Investigator Internship

Location: Pretoria, Gauteng – 2 positions

You will gain experience tracing drivers, interviewing witnesses, preparing accident sketches, inspecting sites, detecting fraud, handling PAIA requests, and writing investigation reports.

Relevant qualifications (NQF Level 7) include Policing, Criminal Justice, Forensic Investigation, Law or Legal Studies.

Additional requirement: valid driver’s licence.
