Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (NQF Level 6) in any of the following fields that is recognised by SAQA:
- Public Administration
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Development Studies
- Finance
- Accounting
- Commerce
- Social Sciences
- Social Security
Added Advantage
- A valid driver’s licence
- Previous administrative or clerical experience
Key Duties
- Deliver excellent customer care for grant recipients
- Screen, record, and process grant applications
- Carry out beneficiary maintenance tasks efficiently
- Arrange for medical bookings and assessments
- Provide off‑site grant application support to clients
- Scan, batch, and file grant documents
