Minimum Educational Requirements
- Final year or graduate of an undergraduate degree (NQF Level 6) recognized by SAQA.
- Subjects may include Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Social Sciences, or Social Security.
What’s a Bonus?
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Previous administrative or clerical experience.
Your Daily Tasks (Job Duties)
- Customer Care – Answer questions from grant applicants and explain the application process.
- Application Review – Read and verify all documents, flag any missing information, and upload files to the system.
- Medical Bookings – Coordinate health assessments and schedule doctors for applicants who need medical reviews.
- Field Support – Provide on‑site application help to people who can’t come to the office.
- File Management – Scan and batch grant files for smooth processing.
These duties lean heavily on clear communication, a good eye for detail, and the ability to stay calm when things get busy.
