1. Manager – HCM Information

What you’ll do

  • Create reports that help people plan and make decisions about human resources
  • Keep the data clean and accurate
  • Improve HR information systems
  • Manage the HR registry and support changes in the company’s structure

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 6 or 7) in Information Systems, Data Analysis, Operations Management, or Human Resource Management
  • 3 + years experience in HR information management or a similar role
  • Good at using computers
  • Valid driver’s licence

2. Specialist – Organisational Development

Salary – R468 459 – R551 823 per year (plus benefits)

What you’ll do

  • Advise on how to build better teams and work environments
  • Create job descriptions and evaluate job roles
  • Collect information for the Human Resource Plan
  • Lead a small team of staff
  • Make sure work follows the PFMA Section 57 rules

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Operations Management, or Management Services
  • Job Evaluation Certificate
  • 3 + years experience in organisational design or work study
  • Good computer skills and a driver’s licence

3. Specialist – Corporate Wellbeing

  • Offer mental‑health support to employees and their families
  • Promote wellbeing programs across the organisation
  • Write and update health & wellbeing policies
  • Manage employee wellness programmes
  • Keep support structures running and follow PFMA Section 57 rules

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Social Work or a related field
  • Registration with a professional body for social work
  • 3 + years experience in employee wellness services
  • Good computer skills and a driver’s licence
