Who Is SASSETA?

SASSETA is a South African government agency created under the Skills Development Act. It runs training and skills programs for jobs like policing, law, corrections, and defence.

Which Courses Get the Most Attention?

SASSETA lists three top‑priority fields:

  1. LLB (Bachelor of Laws) – for future lawyers and legal workers.
  2. Veterinary Science – for people who want to care for animals.
  3. STEM – covers science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
