Telkom South Africa’s Elevate Graduate Internship Programme is a two‑year adventure that takes fresh graduates out of the classroom and into the real world.
You’ll learn how to:

  • Work like a pro – teamwork, deadlines, problem‑solving, and communication.
  • Catch a glimpse of every part of the company – you’ll rotate through different business units, so you’ll see how Telkom runs from marketing to the tech behind its networks.

What You’ll Do, Day‑to‑Day

  • Help run projects that keep Telkom’s services smooth and improving.
  • Look at data and write reports that help managers make smart decisions.
  • Brainstorm and test new ideas with teammates from many departments.
  • Attend workshops and mentoring sessions to learn more and grow.

Minimum Requirements

60 % or higherYour overall grade point average must be at least 60 %.
Recent graduateYou graduated in the last two years, or will finish by December 2025.

CitizenshipMust be a South African citizen.
Driver’s licenceA valid licence is required.
Travel & shiftsYou might be asked to travel or work some evenings or weekends.
Optional extra skillHaving a professional certification helps but is not mandatory.
