The Department of Correctional Services (DCS) is looking for seven new Vetting Administrators to work at its National Head Office. These jobs keep the organisation running safely and give you a chance to learn a lot about paperwork, security and teamwork.

What You’ll Do Every Day
- Keep the filing system tidy so everyone can find documents quickly.
- Answer questions and give administrative support to the team.
- Join meetings with the Head of Unit and help record minutes.
- Talk to the NIA about any vetting questions and make sure paperwork runs smoothly.
- Organise and use resources in the best way possible.
What the Department Needs from You
- Education: A degree or diploma in administration, office work or a similar field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of real office work, helping with paperwork or reports.
- Tech skills: Comfortable using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Driver’s licence: Must be able to drive.
- Other skills: You must know the rules about handling sensitive documents, solve problems, stay organised, and work well with others.
