Bayport Financial Services invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their 2026 Learnership Programme vacancies. The closing date for applications is not specified.
What is a Learnership?
A learnership is a special type of job training that mixes classroom learning with real work experience. You get to study a subject that gives you a national qualification and you also help out at a company to see how the work is done every day.
Bayport + BANKSETA
Bayport Financial Services worked with BANKSETA to create the 2026 Learnership Programme. BANKSETA is a South‑African organization that pays for many learning programs. Together, they want to give young South Africans a chance to learn useful skills, get a recognised certificate, and start a career in finance.
Why This Programme is Cool
- Free qualification – You’ll earn an NQF Level 5 certificate without paying the fees.
- Hands‑on jobs – Work in real business areas and learn what happens in offices, banks, and customer‑service centers.
- Career jump‑start – After you finish, you can move straight into jobs such as customer service, financial planning or marketing.
- No experience needed – Even if you’ve never worked before, you can start learning on the job.
