Daily Job Duties
Messenger Work
- Pick up official letters and documents from government offices.

- Communicate with dispatch and receiving teams.
- Follow RAF’s standard operating procedures.
Transport & Operations
- Load and unload cargo responsibly.
- Move goods or staff securely.
- Spot vehicle or equipment problems and report them.
- Follow safety rules at all times.
Reporting & Compliance
- Report any vehicle faults, traffic violations, accidents, or losses.
- Keep your vehicle clean and working well.
- Record everything in the logbook.
- Notify supervisors quickly about serious equipment issues.
