About AgriSETA

Their Skills Planning & Research Division looks at where the industry needs new talent, keeps data accurate, and helps managers make smart decisions.
What You’ll Do
1. Work with Data
- Keep the AgriSETA database up to date.
- Check the data for mistakes (quality control).
- Send weekly reports to the Assistant Manager.
- Pull reports from the Management Information System (Indicium).
- Build quarterly SETMIS reports and other documents for the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET).
- Spot patterns in the numbers and write about them.
- Confirm and sign up learners for training programs.
2. Help with Office Tasks
- Do general admin work like filing and answering emails.
- Make sure all admin processes stay organized.
3. Take on Extra Tasks
- Do any other reports or duties the Assistant Manager asks for.
Who Can Apply
Minimum Qualifications
You need at least one of the following (or something similar):
- N6 certificate
- Diploma
- A related qualification in Office Administration, Office Management, or a similar field
Core Skills
- Advanced use of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Accuracy in all work
