What You’ll Learn

  2. Hands‑on work – you’ll spend most of the week in real logistics settings, watching and helping with everyday tasks.
  3. Hours – Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. – some overtime may happen, just like in real jobs.
  4. Final test – at the end of the year you’ll take the EISA exam. Pass and you get a nationally recognised certificate.

Stipend Details

The monthly stipend helps you pay for transport and the time you spend in training. It isn’t a salary, but it removes a big financial hurdle for students who don’t have a job yet.

Who Can Join?

  • Age: 21–29 years old.
  • Citizenship: South African only.
  • Job status: Must be unemployed when you apply.

Meeting these conditions doesn’t guarantee a spot, but if you’re missing any, you won’t be considered.

Must‑Have Documents

  1. Updated CV.
  2. Certified copy of your South African ID.
  3. Certified copy of your Matric certificate.
  4. Certified copies of any other qualifications.

All copies need to be clear and official. Incomplete paperwork is a common reason for rejection.

How We Choose Candidates

If you qualify, you’ll go through a fair selection process that may involve:

  2. A quick literacy and math test to see if you’re ready for Level 5 learning.
  3. A criminal background check, because the company needs to meet safety rules.

Only those who pass all steps will be offered a place.
