Minimum requirements

  1. N6 qualification in one of the following:

    • Management Assistant
    • Marketing Management
    • Business Management
    • Human Resources Management
    • Information Technology
    • Financial Management
  2. All N4–N6 certificates (complete the NATED path).

  3. Unemployed – you can’t be in a full‑time job or learning program.

  4. No current learnership, internship or WIL.

  5. No prior internship/WIL experience.

  6. Age 18–35.

  7. South African citizen – ID is required for verification.

  8. Commit to the full duration – it’s a professional placement, not a quick test.

Documents you need

Your application must be one single PDF file that contains all of these in order:

  1. Updated CV
  2. Certified copy of your ID (recent)
  3. Certified Matric / Level 4 certificate
  4. Certified N4 certificate
  5. Certified N5 certificate
  6. Certified N6 certificate
  7. In‑service letter from your college
  8. Proof of residence

Tip: Name the file clearly, e.g. WIL_Application_2026_JohnDoe.pdf.
